When you’re apprehensive about disappointments to enable you, you wind up doing nothing and simply gripe. Fruitful individuals don’t see this as an obstruction however as an open door.
Meet Aanchal Dhara, a Mumbai-based wedding picture taker, who set out from Mumbai to Goa, by walking. Believe it or not! She secured 583km more than 26 days, by strolling!
Needing to escape from the patterns urban life, the picture taker, alongside her spouse dispatched ‘The Daring Venture’, an undertaking that declares “brassy, extraordinary encounters.”
Their first venture was ‘Two Feet and A Fantasy’, that included a 583-km stroll from Andheri to Morjim (Goa).
She experienced physical preparing for such a mammoth assignment; strolling for 583 kilometers is not something you take gently. She started preparing 6 months before their lady venture.
Though she walked alone, she was accompanied by her husband and a photographer, Ranjeet, in a support car. Their car carried all the equipment to document her travel.
This is how her walks were planned:
1. Since they were starting in October, which was one of the hottest months of the year, Aanchal used to start walking at 6 AM everyday.
2. After walking every 7 kilometres, she used to take a 15-minute break, where she used to massage her feet in a support car.
3. Her walk lasted till 6 or 7 PM. At night, she used to go to a hotel and massage her swollen and blistered feet. This lasted for 26 days.
4. Though people consider a woman walking alone on roads a gruesome task, Aanchal found out that her experience was not that tough and scary.
