Most would agree that growing up as an Indian kid generally came with an invisible wall between a child and the father! Not that there’d be any dearth of affection but it’s more of an emotional wall, built with the bits of hesitation, sometimes communication gap and in the later years, a difference of ideology, principles. However, every kid finds himself in moments where one fine day, all of a sudden, this wall crumbles on its own and such moments are what life is all about!
Here’s a really short film called Vanvaas, starring the remarkably talented Piyush Mitra as one of those quintessential stuck up Indian fathers who finally opens up to his son, in tears and joy – a journey that most of us would related to. Check this video out by Native Films.

Story of every house, isn’t it?
