Kangana Ranaut is all set to step into the shoes of the brave warrior Rani Laxmibai in her upcoming film titled Manikarnika- The Queen of Jhansi. There has been a lot of speculations around when will the film release and the makers have finally fixed upon one date.
Kangana had announced it in front of the media that the teaser of Manikarnika will be dropped on August 15, 2018. Apart from the Queen actress, the film also stars Ankita Lokhande, Sonu Sood, Atul Kulkarni and Jishu Sengupta in pivotal roles.
Now The team recently announced on their social media handles that the film is all set for a Republic Day weekend release next year. Manikarnika will now release on January 25, 2019. The team has worked very hard for making this magnum opus a successful one.

Apart from this Kangana has two other films lined up for her in the future. She has recently wrapped up the London schedule of her upcoming film Mental Hai Kya, which stars Rajkummar Rao alongside her. Produced by Ekta Kapoor, Shobha Kapoor, and Shailesh R. Singh, it will hit the silver screens on February 22, 2019,
