8. Mulan

source

Mulan is awesome, plain and simple. She’s a ridiculously relatable character (who hasn’t had to deal with spilling tea and fighting for what they believe in from time to time?) and peop;e love her to pieces. They can’t even imagine how scary it must be to hear that your father has to go back to war. It’s even scarier to gather up the courage to go for him.

7. Cinderella

source

One of the traits most well known about Cinderella is that she is hard-working. When her dad dies, her evil stepmother and stepsisters boss her around, but she never argues. You might even say she’s a push-over (someone who can’t stand up for themselves). But we can leave that trait out if it destroys your view of Cinderella! 🙂 Another trait might be kindness . Cinderella is very kind to everyone she meets – even her stepsisters and stepmother!

3. Aladdin

source

The exposure of Aladdin to the audience immediately and essentially highlights the issue of social injustice/disadvantage since while it’s not necessarily specified whether he ever tried to find a job or break away from the grip of poverty it’s established with a perfect clarity – and directly addressed in character introductory musical number – that he steals not even the most necessary items but food because he’s hungry and needs to eat to survive.

He has a lot of doubt, anger, frustration, uncertainty, and sadness, almost like a human. But despite his jumbled emotions, he tries his very best not to show them to his friends, so he can seem brave and courageous, but he’s not afraid to confront or comfort his friends with utmost care.
