The clock strikes three, devils come free!
It is a well established idea and there are firm devotees that the Devil’s hour exists and is not a myth or a superstition. All things considered, I for one, get poop frightened if by any possibility I wake up at the 3 a.m. or, on the other hand around that time. Also, who wouldn’t? It is dreadful and unnerving. ‘The night is dull and loaded with dread’, all things considered.
In any case, we once in a while adore a decent awfulness story, isn’t that right? Likewise, we want to get frightened when we hear another person’s reference of a genuine episode. Here are few ‘3 am phantom stories’ that will make you perplexed of the Devil’s hour significantly more.
1. Figure Behind
“Hi, I am Sumit from India, I had a weird experience last night I woke up at 3:30 am. I was on my bed lying down I saw a shadow or a figure behind the curtain of my room that curtain was near my washroom door. I looked at it I heard a sound like a growl it made that sound when I actually was trying to get up to see wt it is. But I was all paralyzed I was trying to shout at it but I could not even open my mouth. All I could do was just make a hmmm sound. All of sudden I was normal again. I got up in full anger and searched fr it. First I thought the growl must b of my dog but he was asleep. since that time I am little low not feeling lively at all.”
2. The Lamp
“A few years ago one night at around 3 AM my wife and I were sleeping and I feel myself slowly waking up from a really deep sleep. My eyes started lifting up and as soon as they focused on the lamp on my dresser it slid off and shattered on the floor. My wife and I quickly sat up and looked at each other horrified at the startling noise. We agreed we would clean it in the morning and went back to sleep. The next morning when we woke up the lamp was at the foot of the bed (about 5 feet from where it fell) completely intact and not broken at all. We are still trying to make sense of it.”
3. Down The Stairs.
“The only one I have is when I was in 4th grade. When I was little, I would always sleep with my door open. I went through a phase where I would wake up between 3:00 /4:00 AM every night, and every single night I would hear footsteps walking up my stairs, around my living room, through my dining room, across my kitchen and down my hallway. They would always stop right before my doorway, then turn around and go back into the basement. But one night they didn’t stop, what I saw was a shadow of a little girl/boy (couldn’t tell) walk right in front of my doorway, look at me for a few seconds, then it walked away, back down the stairs.
I slept with the door closed the next night.”
4. Staring
“My story begins about a year ago when I was sleeping in one of the rooms in my parents’ house. I suddenly awoke in the middle of the night at exactly 3 am, I stared at my alarm clock when it suddenly turned 3:01 am. For some reason I was staring out at the window towards my neighbor’s backyard. All of a sudden, their outdoor light turned on for about a minute or so before automatically shutting off. This was no ordinary outdoor light though. My neighbors had one of those sensory lights that automatically turned on when someone approached the door or got close to it, usually installed to keep away robbers. What was most interesting about this event was that no one was seen going in or out of there house through that door. If there was, I would have been able to see their shadows, but in this case, the lights just turned on for no apparent reason. I did not think about the possibilities until after I awoke and until after I started hearing about 3am being the most spiritualistic time of day. Just thought I shared it because it seemed to have a lot in common with your story, that’s all.”
5. Over The Phone
“What if they were affected by a time when our minds are in the sleep state combined with the thinnest veil between our world and the other(s)?” = WHAT A THEORY! Very interesting.
I wake up at 3 sometimes. The night my mom died I woke up at 3:11. A year later, to the date of her falling into her Death Sleep (she was in a hospice and it took her 2 days to actually pass), I woke up at 3:11. (Then the phone rang, and for the next 1 1/2 hours my husband and I had call after call of no one there. That was crazy weird S–T! Never happened before that nor since. And sometimes we’d hear like someone was trying to talk…it was freaking creepy because it didn’t sound of this world…)
Anyway, I digress. 3:37 is my other magic number for when I wake up. But not all the time.”
