1) Quit Smoking
Doing this would be great for your lungs, heart, and confidence if you can do this. The first step is to stop smoking altogether or limit how many cigarettes you smoke a day. If you cannot quit smoking, try cutting down on the number of cigarettes until you can stop them completely.

Vegetables are usually untouched on plates. But if you eat more vegetables, it can prevent cancer, reduce cholesterol, improve heart health, and decrease the risk of diabetes! It’s also cheap to buy vegetables.
5) Sleep More
Most people don’t get enough sleep. It is crucial to have at least 8 hours of sleep a night so you can feel happier, more alert, and healthier. If you cannot do this all at once, try waking up 30 minutes earlier each day until you get 8 hours of sleep!
6) Change your environment
Change your apartment, house, school, or work environment to make you happier. If you are in a different place, it is easier to meet new people and have new experiences! The good idea is to start looking around for furnished apartments and see which one you like the most!
7) Read More
Reading is a huge part of our lives, and it can make us more innovative when we read books, articles, or newspapers. If you do not like reading, try to read about ten pages a day. It might seem like a lot at first, but once you get into the habit of reading, it will be easy!
8) Do more things to make you happy
Find activities that bring you joy and do them often. Some examples are listening to your favorite song, playing with a pet, or baking some cookies!
Meditation will relax your body and mind, decrease stress, improve sleep quality, increase focus, lower the risk of depression, and even cure addiction. Meditation is an excellent way to find inner peace and happiness.
10) Eat healthily
Eating healthy will decrease the risk of obesity, diabetes, heart disease, improve moods, and even give your skin a beautiful glow!
11) Limit social media time
Social media has an impact on how our brain functions. If you spend too much time on social media, it causes stress and anxiety, so try to limit your time to an hour a day.
12) Make new friends
Having friends is important because it makes you feel good about yourself. Try joining groups or even clubs so you can meet people with similar interests as you!
13) Drink water more often
Water has many health benefits, but not everyone drinks enough of it each day. If you drink water instead of soda or juice, you will look healthier and feel healthier too!
